Policies

  • Unused , damaged products and non damaged products may be returned within 30 days of shipment.
  • The customer must obtain an authorization number from Modern Store Fixture’s customer service department prior to any return of goods. This authorization number must be noted on all paperwork and packaging. Unauthorized returns are not accepted and no credit will be issued.
  • There is a 25% restocking fee on all goods returned and any freight charges are the customers responsibility.
  • Modern Store Fixtures does not accept any returns where the products have been damaged or altered by the customer.
